Information about yourself - Let us get to know you!

Hello my name is Axu, I am 23 years old and I live in Finland. I currently work at the sales department of a finnish corporation. On freetime I like to workout, hang out with friends and play video games, mostly WoW. I started playing at age 11 and been pretty much playing since, with the exception of a couple longer breaks.

By the way, I linked also my Rogue's logs since I was maining it in Uldir.

Stats - Please explain your stats priority and explain why you are using these

I follow my stat priorities via simulation and stat weights, currently my scaling from the strongest to the weakest is the following:

1. Haste, grants faster cast speed.
2. Mastery, as balance I gain raw damage bonus to Moonfire, Sunfire, Starsurge and Starfall.
3. Crit, pretty self explanatory, bigger numbers.
4. Versatility, increases damage done.

Talents - Please explain your talent choices for different type of fights. And why you choose these talents.

Currently druids are raiding with pretty much the same talents on every boss, with a couple flavor exceptions.

My go to talent setup in raid enviroment:

15 - Nature's Balance
30 - Tiger Dash or Wild Charge, both are excellent mobility boosters
45 - Guardian Affinity, handy passive 6% damage reduced + Ironfur and Frenzied regen for bearform, helps in soaking situations and so forth.
60 - usually Mass Entanglement, this utility row might depend on the fight
75 - Incarnation: Chosen of Elune, a big 3 minute CD offensive spell, increases spell damage by 25% and haste by 15%.
90 - Twin Moons, Moonfire does 10% more damage and is applied on a extra target. On this row there is also stellar flare as an option, currently they simulate pretty much the same numbers with TM, so TM is the go to for me, one less DOT to think about.
100 - Shooting stars, it's by far the strongest option on the last row. SS is a proc based damage addition. Another passive which just easens up the rotation.

Resources - Please tell us sources you follow to keep up to date with your class

Warcraftlogs, various channels in Youtube,, Moonkin Monthly Discord, Dreamgrove Discord, Simulationcraft and of course chatting with fellow class players.

Your raiding history

I started raiding in WoTLK, clearing all the raids on atleast normal, TOC and ICC right about halfway on Heroic modes. In Cataclysm I raided some for the first tier but after that I started mostly playing PVP. After Cata I continued focusing on PVP through MOP and WOD.

In Legion the dragon killing flame inside me sparked again and I started playing PVE wholly, I started playing Legion during Nighthold and I played exclusively Warlock. Cleared NH on HC, I didn't have a guild at that point.

Right when Tomb of Sargeras launched, I found myself a fitting guild. We cleared TOS 8/9 M, just barely missing out on CE. After TOS there was issues brewing in the guild, it split up and I ended up taking a break for the Antorus tier.

BFA started alright for me. I started fresh on Tarren Mill playing Rogue, managed to clear 6/8 M Uldir. Guild cleared 7/8 M but I was on a vacation abroad when Mythrax died. A little disappointed for not obtaining CE. Playing rogue felt somewhat dull and since I've almost always mained a caster, it felt natural to start playing boomer. I was actually supposed to play Resto, but there seems to be pretty low demand on healers atm. Also I enjoy more playing DPS. I still have one healer trinket equipped because of bad RNG lol, striving to sort it out.

Guild history and reason for leaving them

WOTLK: Various guilds, I was still pretty young so probably got kicked out of some due to immaturity haha.

Cata-WOD: Just casual guilds since I wasn't focusing on raiding at the time.

Legion: I played on Sylvanas Alliance for the whole expansion beginning with <Beyond Harmless>, a finnish guild with kind people, I chose to leave since the raiding felt somewhat too casual for me. After that I joined another finnish guild called <HinausYhtiö>, those were very fun times. Like I mentioned before, we cleared TOS 8/9M. The atmosphere in my opinion was friendly and also very focused.

BFA: At the start of Uldir I joined <Banished EU> on Tarren Mill, but the guild disbanded after a week of me staying in there. Afterwards around october-november I joined <Hi Goat>. I went for a 2 week vacation, even though I noticed about it early on, I got benched during the trip. The raidleader switched for BOD and didn't let me play Boomkin.

Expectations - What do you expect from us and what can we expect from you!

My first expectation from you is that you are a nice community by the end of the day WoW is just a game and I hope to make more friends. Of course I really hope to see good gameplay on raids, spiced with a helpful and constructive atmosphere. Keeping on Schedule is also important, no canceled raids and so forth.

From me you can expect preparedness, I come to raids equipped with all the necessary consumables, no excessive afking, focusing on the goal always with a positive attitude.

Freetext - Anything else you wish to add? Your last chance to impress us!

I really like to play M+ in addition to raiding! Still have pretty bad logs on Druid, since it's been mostly about gearing up and I haven't been focusing on DPS whoring haha. The apply might be a little confusing since my english writing skills are not 10 out of 10.

Thank you for this opportunity, I am looking forward to hearing from you!

All the best,

Trinket situation fixed.

Thanks for the interest in joining our guild!

We're pretty full up at the moment and would only be trialing people with the same raiding experience!
